A Bit About Me

My name is Karley Stevenson, owner of Wolf Flow SUP Yoga. I am from a small town in the foothills of Alberta called Black Diamond. Out west I was an accountant, I know, pretty boring! November of 2014 I decided to travel. I rented my house out and told my customers I would be back in 3 months to do their books. I packed up my dog and loaded my truck and we drove out to Eagle Lake, Ontario. Six years later and I am still in Ontario! Although my heart belongs in the mountains, the lakes and rivers feed my Pisces soul.
The following years have been quite the journey. I have been practicing yoga for over 12 years. It was not until I found the right class and teacher that I finally fell in love with Yoga. In February of 2018 everything aligned and I went to the 200hr Yoga Teacher/Hula Hoop Teacher Training I had my eye on for years in Costa Rica. I then took my SUP Yoga teacher training in June of 2018. Being able to combine my yoga practice with being on the water was a dream come true.
I have started to develop my own unique teaching method. I focus on getting your body and mind relaxed as well as making sure you have some fun!


Covid 19 Response

Due to COVID-19 classes may look a little different. Luckily for us, this is a great activity for social distancing. I think that paddleboarding and SUP yoga is great for taking care of our physical and emotional health, especially during this time. I will be following all safety guidelines provided by the Public Health Agency of Canada, Ontario Government and Paddle Canada.

Social distancing, keeping at least 6 feet between each person, will be enforced.

You must be able to swim to participate and are required to pull yourself onto your board if you were to fall in.

I invite you to bring your own PFD (life vest) if you are able.

All equipment will be washed with soap and water, as well as disinfectant between each use.

Hand sanitizer will be provided on-site as well. Please wash your hands before class if possible.

All classes have a limited capacity of 10 people, including myself.

Please try to send payment through e-transfer if possible. I will still accept cash payments.

If possible please try to fill out waivers before class. Please print and email a photo or scanned copy. Let's try our best to eliminate paper copies.

All Clients must assess themselves using the questions below before each class.


  1. Do you have a fever (temperature of 37.8 oC or higher) OR any new/worsening symptoms including cough, shortness of breath, sore throat, difficulty swallowing, hoarse voice, runny nose, stuffy or congested nose, lost sense of taste or smell, digestive issues such as nausea/vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain? Other symptoms may include: fatigue, falling down more than usual, chills, headache. ☐ Yes ☐ No

  2. Has someone you are in close contact tested positive for COVID-19? ☐ Yes ☐ No

  3. Are you in close contact with a person who is sick with new respiratory symptoms (e.g., fever, cough, difficulty breathing) or who recently travelled outside of Canada? ☐ Yes ☐ No

  4. Have you travelled outside of Ontario within the last 14 days? ☐ Yes ☐ No

If you answer 'No' to all of the questions: You are welcome to sign up for a SUP or SUP Yoga class.

Please continue to practise physical distancing and self-monitor for symptoms.

If you answer 'Yes' to any of the questions: Please stay home.

If you have had close contact with a person who is confirmed to have COVID-19 or has new respiratory symptoms, self-isolate for 14 days from your last close contact. If you have recently travelled, you must self-isolate at home for 14 days after your return to Canada. Please monitor yourself for symptoms. If you develop new symptoms, testing is recommended. If you have questions or your symptoms are worsening contact your primary care provider (for example, family doctor) or call Telehealth Ontario at 1-866-797-0000 to speak with a registered nurse. If you need urgent care, contact 9-1-1.
