Service Description
This two-hour Intro to SUP Yoga class is for anyone who is interested in trying a SUP Yoga class and/or would like to learn proper paddling techniques & SUP yoga. This includes a brief on-land safety lesson, we then take it to the water and learn the basics of paddling, including different stroke techniques, turning & stopping. We start slow, on our knees and standing when we are comfortable. After some paddling, we drop our anchors and flow through a vinyasa-style class, taking our time as we learn the poses on the paddleboard. We end with the most amazing savasana. We modify as necessary, so you only go where you are comfortable.

Cancellation Policy
If you give at least 48 hours notice for cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund. No refunds will be given for less than 48 hours notice, with exceptions for emergencies, honesty is appreciated. This applies when using a 5-class pass as well. Due to the limited amount of boards available we have to stick to our cancellation policy. Please keep in mind that I bring enough equipment for each participant, when someone does not show last minute it means that I have to leave the equipment unattended. Please email or text me if you must miss a class or are going to be late. If we must cancel due to weather, you will receive a full refund or a class credit. Thank you for understanding.
